Love is a choice...

As a wife and mom of three boys, cooking and prepping cozy meals has always been on top of the “to do list”. My husband brought home the bacon, and I figured out how to cook it. Life was good! But as the universe so infamously does, sometimes she throws you an unexpected curve ball. In 2010 my husband was diagnosed with an auto immune disease that forced us to rethink his diet. For a family of food lover’s, this was no easy feat. Though out of an opportunity to expand my heart and my kitchen, cozystate cashew queso was born!

Food is a love language...

I believe it’s the way to our hearts and our homes, and it doesn’t always have to include meat or dairy to be cozy! Today I serve my plant based cashew queso any chance I get, whether I’m hanging at the beach with friends, grilling in the backyard with family, or having a night in with the hubby. I want to share some cozystate with you too!
